The location offered stunning views of the river from my King Suite, and that added a nice touch to my stay. The room was spacious, which made it comfortable for relaxing. However, the carpet was rippled, giving it a slightly neglected feel. Though the check-in staff was initially friendly, the service wasn't consistent. I had to request extra towels, and the response was less than helpful, which was frustrating. The breakfast experience was disappointing. I found the selection limited, and by the time I arrived, many items were either cold or completely gone. Also, the parking situation at $12 per vehicle felt unreasonable given the lack of security in the area. It felt like an unnecessary additional charge. Overall, while the room had potential with the beautiful view, I expected better maintenance and consistent service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful river views from our room, and the spacious suite was perfect for our family of five. The breakfast was a highlight with a great selection, especially the made-to-order omelets, and the evening happy hour was a nice touch. However, the air conditioning in our room could have been cooler. we struggled to get it below 73°F during our stay.
